As a hot pot supplier from China, most of our products are delivered directly from China to retail customers, so we default to air transportation for retail customers, and the transportation time is 6-12 working days. However, due to different regulations in different regions, the condiments cannot be transported by air in some regions, so we will change to other ways of transportation for those regions that cannot be transported by air, which will increase the time. Expect 10-25 business days.
