Condiments and Accessories: Like most food companies, we generally do not accept returns or refunds unless the item is damaged, defective or spoiled. However, we want you to be satisfied with the products you have purchased, so if you have any questions or are not satisfied with the products, please contact us immediately within 12 days of receiving your order at guanghanlove@gmail.com. If returns are available, we will only refund unopened products and the refund does not include shipping costs.
Cookware and other products: We accept cookware returns within 15 days of receipt. Products must be unused, undamaged and contain all original packaging.
