Our factory has been adhering to the order-type production for 10 years, so we will stock a small amount of seasoning products. Our factory has its own way in the roasting process, which can keep the flavor while controlling the moisture in a lower range. Theoretically, this seasoning can be preserved for a longer time.

Seasonings generally have a standard shelf life of 12 months, and should be longer if stored properly. In short, ingredients such as spices have a shelf life of about two years if stored in a cool place, and even longer if frozen. Most fermented sauces can be stored in dark cabinets, but refrigeration will extend their shelf life.
Note: Products made in China usually have the date of manufacture printed on the bottle or packaging. This is not the expiration date.
