1. hot pot factory Raw material acceptance: We have zero tolerance for unqualified raw materials!

We have a professional acceptance team, with no less than 3 members for each raw material;
We will test the physical and chemical indicators of all raw materials in a professional laboratory, test the quality through sensory, aroma, and heating butter to different temperatures, and test the product characteristics based on years of application experience.
All inspections must require that the physical and chemical testing indicators meet the standards, sensory comparison indicators meet the standards, and flavor tasting indicators meet the standards.

Regarding chili peppers:

Mantianxing chili pepper is harvested from Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, the new generation chili pepper is harvested from Anyang City, Henan Province, and Shizhu red chili pepper is harvested from Shizhu County, Chongqing. The chili pepper has a uniform and plump head, bright color, moisture content of less than 16%, seed content of less than 1.5%, no flower skin, and no impurities

Select pure butter without adding shortening, palm oil, and tallow essence, and strictly test such indicators as myristic acid, palmitic acid, palmitoleic acid, stearic acid, and oleic acid to ensure stable quality

Regarding Sichuan peppercorns:

Hanyuan Sichuan pepper is harvested from Qingxi Town, Hanyuan County, Sichuan Province. It has an opening rate of over 98%, a seed content of less than 1%, and an impurity rate of less than 1%. Its mouth is pure, the aroma is rich, and it is numbing but not bitter

Quality cannot be compromised by cost, genuine ingredients are the greatest reverence for food!Scientific ratio and frying process:
1. 400 pounds of oil mixed with 130 pounds of chili, 40% rice cake chili, 60% chili, with a chili ratio 20% higher than other base materials
2. Boil over low heat for 150 minutes, making it richer and more mellow
3. Chili is cooked in three stages: the first stage is served with sticky rice cake chili, the second stage is served with the remaining sticky rice cake chili and half of the chili festival, and the third stage is served with the remaining chili festival, achieving a balance between aroma, color, and soup color

Through meticulous management and dedicated personnel, every aspect of the production process is ensured to be accurate and precise!
Every batch of products we produce (stir fried in a large pot, with a capacity of over 550 pounds) will be backed up and sampled to ensure sufficient samples for performance evaluation at different time periods such as before leaving the factory, 3 months after leaving the factory, and 6 months after leaving the factory
All products must meet the standards of physical and chemical testing indicators, sensory comparison indicators, and flavor tasting indicators before leaving the factory.
