Master Huang started his hot pot business from a family hot pot restaurant in Chengdu. Due to the excellent taste of the hot pot broth in the restaurant, he won the favor of many hot pot enthusiasts. Gradually, more and more diners came to the 火鍋店 to purchase the hot pot broth from Master Huang. Later, Master Huang and his family opened a hot pot factory, focusing on supplying seasonings to 火鍋店.
